The idea behind this training is to let people experience and taste our unique and traditional oyster culture and learn more about oysters and how to prepare them. This training lasts half a day.


The workshop oysterologist gives you a broad knowledge of oysters, and can preferably be followed after obtaining the Oyster certificate. The course is based on learning about, experiencing and tasting oysters. Moreover, you will acquire more knowledge about the characteristics of oyster varieties and areas. During the course, you will also learn more about the taste and selecting oysters, and how to combine oysters and wine.
